IN RE THE PETITION OF ADAM M. LARSEN
Adam M. Larsen has petitioned this Court for temporary admission to the practice of law in Montana. Mr. Larsen is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and is scheduled to sit for the Montana Bar Examination in July of 2013. He has been hired by the Office of the State Public Defender in Lewistown and has relocated to Montana to undertake that employment. Good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Adam M. Larsen is temporarily admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Montana until he is admitted to practice upon compliance with the Rules of Admission. This period of temporary admission shall not exceed one (1) year, during which Mr. Larsen must be employed with the Office of the State Public Defender.
The Clerk of this Court will administer the usual oath and issue a temporary certificate granting Mr. Larsen permission to practice law not to exceed one (1) year from the date of this order, while employed with the Office of the State Public Defender. The Office of the State Public Defender shall notify this Court if Mr. Larsen ceases to be employed with that office.
Copies of this order shall be provided to Adam M. Larsen, the Office of the State Public Defender, and the State Bar of Montana.
