ORDER GRANTING JOINDER IN AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF OF ATTORNEY GENERAL
The Montana Nonprofit Association Inc. and the Montana Community Foundation Inc. MOVED this Court for leave to Join as Amicus in the Amicus Curiae Brief filed by the Attorney General in the above-entitled matter. The grounds stated in the Motion include:
1. The Montana Nonprofit Association supports the protection of donor intent and preservation of the integrity of charitable organizations as expressed in the Amicus Brief of the Attorney General in the above captioned cause.
2. The Montana Community Foundation supports the role of the Attorney General in protecting the integrity of donations for endowments and single purpose charitable donations.
3. Counsel for all parties have been notified, and none have any objection to the Montana Nonprofit Association and Montana Community Foundation joining in the Amicus Curiae Brief filed by the Montana Attorney General. The Montana Nonprofit Association and the Montana Community Foundation have asked to be joined as Amicus in supporting the Amicus Brief filed by the Attorney General in this case.
