ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION AND LEAVE TO FILE COMBINED RESPONSE BRIEF

Counsel for Appellees Mark and Roxa Reller have filed a motion pursuant to Rule 26 of the Rules of Appellate Procedure for a 30-day extension to respond to the Schroeders' Opening Brief. Rellers also request that they be allowed to file one Combined Response Brief to both the Schroeders' and Lewis and Clark County's Opening Briefs.

Having reviewed said motion and finding good cause therefor,

IT IS ORDERED that the Rellers' motion is GRANTED. Rellers shall file one Combined Response Brief on or before November 25, 2013.
