Supreme Court of Montana

October 22, 2013

IN THE MATTER OF THE TEMPORARY ADMISSION TO PRACTICE OF MICHELLE ANNE POTTS

ORDER

Alison Paul, Executive Director of the Montana Legal Services Association, and Michelle Anne Potts have petitioned this Court for Ms. Potts to be temporarily admitted to practice law in Montana. It appears that Ms. Potts is duly admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado. She is serving as the Director of Strategic Focus and Development with the Montana Legal Services Association, and is, therefore, eligible for temporary admission at the pleasure of this Court.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Ms. Potts be temporarily admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Montana for a period not to exceed two years during which she must be the Director of Strategic Focus and Development serving with the Montana Legal Services Association.

The Clerk of this Court will administer the usual oath and issue a temporary certificate granting Ms. Potts permission to practice law not to exceed two (2) years from the date of this order, while employed by Montana Legal Services Association and at the pleasure of this Court. The Executive Director of Montana Legal Services Association shall notify this Court when Ms. Potts ceases to be employed by the Montana Legal Services Association.
