ORDER

On October 31, 2013, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel filed a Petition for Reciprocal Discipline of Montana attorney Daniel T. McCarthy, pursuant to Rule 27A of the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement (RLDE). Attached to the petition is a certified copy of a September 18, 2013 Report and Order Imposing Sanctions, and an October 8, 2013 Judgment of Disbarment issued by the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona. Pursuant to Rule 27B, RLDE,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Daniel T. McCarthy is granted 30 days from the date of this Order in which to inform this Court of any claim predicated upon the grounds set forth in Rule 27D, RLDE (2011), as to why discipline identical to that imposed upon him in Arizona should not also be imposed upon him in Montana.

The Clerk is directed to provide copies of this Order with the attached copy of the Petition for Reciprocal Discipline, Report and Order Imposing Sanctions, and Judgment of Disbarment to Respondent McCarthy and a copy of this Order to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
