ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PETITION FOR REHEARING

APPELLANT having timely filed his Unopposed Motion he rein by facsimile as allowed by Rule 10(1)00, M.R. App. P., requesting a one-day extension of the time within which the Appellant may file his Petition for Rehearing herein, from Wednesday, December 18 to Thursday December 19, 2013, and said Motion having merit ii that a scheduling conflict occurred with the Temp being utilized by Appellant's counsel of which counsel was not previously aware, and which first came to counsel's attention Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at a time that made it impossible for the Petition to be timely filed and se rued.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the time within which the Appellant's Petition for Rehearing is to be served and filed be and the same is hereby extend id from December 18, 2013, to December 19, 2013.
