Palmer v. Qutnn

Supreme Court of Montana

January 15, 2014

M. STAGEY PALMER, M. STACEY PALMER TRUST, Plaintiff and Appellant,
v.
ROBERT QUTNN, AFM CONTRACTING, SHAWN JOHNSTON, STEVE JOHNSTON, AND GARY PERREN and CITY OF THREE FORKS, MOYOR GENE TOWNSED, RAY NOBLE and C&H ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. MARK CHANDLER, MATT COTTERMAN AND JOHN DOES 1 THROUGH 20. Defendants and Appellees.

ORDER

Self-represented Appellant M. Stacey Palmer (inclusive of M. Stacey Palmer Trust) has moved that the court grant a Petition for Rehearing Schedule Delay to January 20, 2014 for that otherwise due as of January 15, 2014, Pro Se Appellant acknowledges that four opposing parties and a substantive case spanning more than a decade require additional time to the ends of a succinct presentation of the issues at hand.

While the CITY & C&H parties are unopposed to this Motion for Schedule Delay; AFM has not responded and Mr. Cutts response is that Perren opposes the Schedule tor Motion Delay.

Good cause appearing therefor IT IS hereby ORDERED that the DUE DATE for the Petition for Rehearing be changed from January 15, 2014 to January 20, 2014.
