On January 9, 2014, William M. Windsor, appearing as a self-represented litigant, filed a "Motion for Order to Authorize Service on Sean Boushie." Boushie, who also appears as a self-represented litigant in this appeal, has filed a memorandum in opposition to Windsor's motion. Windsor complains that the Missoula Municipal Court has refused to forward to Boushie documents that Windsor has filed with that court, and asks that we authorize him to send documents directly to Boushie.
As Windsor is well aware, there remains in place an order of protection against him. We will not disturb that order unless and until Windsor convinces this Court on appeal that the order of protection was entered against him in error. Thus, we will not order the Missoula Municipal Court or any other lower court to serve documents upon Boushie on Windsor's behalf. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that Windsor's motion to authorize service on Boushie is DENIED.
