DAVID LEE LaBUDA, Defendant and Appellant.

ORDER

Notice of appeal was filed in this matter on February 7, 2014. Paula Saye, counsel for Appellant David Lee LaBuda, has filed a motion for an order allowing her to withdraw as LaBuda's counsel and appointing the Appellate Defenders Office to represent LaBuda. Saye also has filed LaBuda's written consent to her withdrawal.

IT IS ORDERED that Paula Saye's motion to be allowed to withdraw is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Saye's motion for appointment of the Appellate Defenders Office to represent LaBuda is GRANTED.

The Office of Appellate Defender shall have 30 days from the date of this Order within which to file either a Notice of Appearance or a motion to rescind this Order appointing counsel. In the event LaBuda qualifies for appointed counsel, the Office of Appellate Defender shall immediately order any necessary transcripts not already ordered.

The Clerk of Court is directed to provide copies of this Order to Paula Saye, the Office of Appellate Defender, the Attorney General's Office, and David Lee LaBuda personally.
