Appellant Shawn Conrad filed his Opening Brief with the Clerk of this Court on February 10, 2014.
Rule 12(l)(h) of the Montana Rules of Appellate Procedure requires that "the relevant judgment, order, findings of fact, conclusions of law, jury instruction, ruling, or decision from which the appeal is taken together with any written memorandum or rationale of the court, and those pages of the transcript containing any oral ruling in support, " be included as an appendix to the brief of the appellant. The Court has determined that Appellant's Opening Brief does not comply with this Rule. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that within ten days of the date of this Order, Appellant shall file with the Clerk of this Court ten copies of the document(s) required by M. R. App. P. 12(l)(h) and shall serve one copy upon each counsel of record.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the times for any subsequent briefing contained in M. R. App. P. 13 shall run from the date of filing of the judgment, order, findings of fact, conclusions of law, jury instruction, ruling, or decision ordered herein.
