M. R. App. P. 10(7) requires that references to confidential personal information shall be redacted from documents filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court by the party who files the document. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the postage costs for returning Appellant's brief will be billed to Appellant's counsel by the Clerk of the Supreme Court and shall be due and payable upon receipt; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the times for any subsequent briefing contained in M. R. App. P. 13 shall run from the date of refiling of the brief being returned this date.
